Ordering from Ink + Fold is very straightforward. Choose something colourful, add the personal bits where available, check everything carefully, then leave the printing and packing to us.
Pick the product, personalise it, check the details, let us make it, then the postie gets involved. The hardest part is deciding which design you actually want.
There are no secret handshakes, design qualifications or twelve-page forms. Just choose what you want, give us the information we need, and we’ll do the making bit.
Choose your wrapping paper, gift box, towel, homeware, personalised gift or other lovely thing that has caught your eye.
Select the correct size, style, quantity and available product options before moving on. Product dimensions and materials are shown on the individual product page, so have a quick read rather than entering into a committed relationship with guesswork.

Not every design offers every option. What you see on the individual product page is what is available for that product.
We generally print the information you submit, so give the order one last look before you send it into the world.
We do not routinely rewrite customer-supplied spelling or wording. If you type “Brain” instead of “Brian”, Brain may be about to receive a very beautifully printed present.
Most Ink + Fold products are printed, personalised or made to order by our team on the Gold Coast.
The production timeframe shown on the individual product page is the timeframe that applies to that product. Many standard printed products are made within approximately 2–10 working days, while some products require longer.
Working days do not include weekends, Queensland public holidays or carrier delivery time. Production begins after payment has cleared and we have all the information required to make the order.
Once the order is finished, we pack it up and send it on its way. Tracking information is provided where the selected delivery service includes tracking.
Production time and delivery time are separate. We make the thing first. Then the postal adventure begins.
If your order is for a birthday, wedding, Christmas, baby shower or another date that stubbornly refuses to move, allow enough time for both production and delivery.
Peak periods such as Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and Christmas can also extend normal production or carrier timeframes.
Check the timeframe shown on the product page before ordering. That is the best guide for the particular product you have chosen.
Selected products offer a Rush Order option. Where available, eligible Rush Orders placed before 12 midday Queensland time on a working day are targeted for next-business-day dispatch.
Rush speeds up production, not carrier delivery. If you also need faster delivery, choose an available Express shipping service separately at checkout.
One gets the product made faster. The other gets the finished parcel onto a faster delivery service. Sometimes you need both. Annoying, but useful to know.
We enjoy customer emails. We enjoy them slightly less when the subject line is “HELP I SPELT MY OWN NAME WRONG”.
You choose the good stuff. We’ll take care of the printing, making, packing and getting-it-ready-for-the-postie bits.
