01 Orders, returns + personalisation Changed your mind? Typed the wrong name? Something arrived wonky?
Most Ink & Fold products are personalised, printed or made to order. Please check names, dates, photos, product details and design choices carefully before ordering. Once production has started, change-of-mind cancellations and changes may not be possible.
Contact us as quickly as possible. If production has not started, we may be able to update or cancel it. Once a personalised or made-to-order item is in production, changes are generally no longer possible.
Check spelling, names, dates and wording carefully. Decorative fonts, layout and placement may differ slightly from standard typed text or online previews.
Contact us before sending anything back. Unauthorised returns may be refused or delayed because mystery parcels are surprisingly poor communicators.
Contact us in writing with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs. Consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law continue to apply.
02 Production, rush orders + shipping We make it first. Then the postal adventure begins.
Production time and delivery time are separate. Most Ink & Fold products are printed or made to order, so please allow production time before your parcel enters the delivery network.
Current Ink & Fold guidance allows approximately 2–10 working days for standard made-to-order wrapping paper before shipping. Busy seasonal periods can take longer.
Where available, rush orders placed by the stated cut-off upgrade production time only. Express delivery still needs to be selected separately at checkout.
Once your order is processed and dispatched, tracking information is sent where tracking is available. Carrier delivery estimates are separate from our production timeframe.
Contact us immediately if you notice an address error. Once dispatched, carrier return charges and new postage may apply if the parcel needs to be resent.
03 Payments + privacy Your money, your information and the secure checkout bits.
Use the secure checkout for payment details. Orders enter production after payment has cleared, and personal information is used to process orders, provide support and operate the store.
Payment options available to you are shown at checkout. Orders are not processed until the applicable payment has cleared.
Never send complete credit-card details through email, social media or contact forms. Use the secure website checkout instead.
Ink & Fold uses customer information for order processing, delivery, support, fraud prevention, accounts and other necessary store functions.
The website uses SSL encryption to help protect information transmitted through the site.
