01 · Before dispatch
Standard Processing Times
Our wrapping paper is printed to order. During non-peak periods,
please allow approximately 2 to 10 working days
for production before dispatch.
“Working day” means a Monday to Friday excluding Queensland and
Australian public holidays. Processing starts after we have received
cleared payment and all information reasonably required to produce
your order.
Production times are estimates unless we expressly agree in writing to
a specific production or dispatch date.
During high-volume periods including Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and
Christmas, production may take longer. Where we become aware of a
significant delay, we will try to provide updated information about the
likely timing and available options.
Peak-season reality check
Christmas does not make printers faster. It mostly makes more people
discover the checkout button at exactly the same time.
02 · Need it quickly?
Rush Orders
Where a Rush Order option is available, eligible orders placed by
12:00pm (midday) Queensland time on a working day
are scheduled for dispatch by the next working day.
Rush Order fees apply to our production and processing time only.
A Rush Order does not automatically upgrade the delivery service.
If you require faster delivery after dispatch, you must also select an
available Express delivery option at checkout.
Rush service availability may be suspended during peak periods,
equipment outages, stock shortages or other circumstances where we
cannot reasonably meet the rush timeframe. If we cannot provide a paid
Rush service after accepting your order, we will contact you and provide
an appropriate solution, including refunding the Rush fee where applicable.
Rush production ≠ Express delivery
For maximum haste, choose both the Rush production option and an
Express shipping service where available.
03 · More than one product
Orders Containing Different Products
Different Ink + Fold products may have different production times.
Unless we tell you otherwise, an order containing multiple products
will generally be dispatched once all items in the order are ready.
This means the product with the longest production timeframe may
determine when the whole order is dispatched.
We do not guarantee partial shipment unless we expressly agree to it.
If we decide to split an order for operational reasons, we will not
charge additional postage unless agreed with you first.

Shipping Methods + Costs
Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout and may vary
according to destination, parcel size, weight, service level and carrier.
We may use Australia Post or other courier partners depending on the
destination, parcel and service selected. We may change carrier where
reasonably necessary to fulfil your order using an equivalent service.

Any shipping charge displayed at checkout forms part of the total price
of your order before you confirm payment.
05 · After dispatch
Delivery Estimates + Delays
Delivery estimates provided by us or a carrier are estimates only unless
we expressly state that a particular delivery date is guaranteed.
Carrier delivery times begin after your order has been produced and
dispatched. They do not include our production time.
Weather, network disruptions, public holidays, peak-season volumes,
remote-area services, customs processing and other events may affect
delivery times.
If delivery by a particular date is essential, please contact us before
ordering so we can tell you whether the timeframe appears achievable.
If we become aware that we cannot supply your order by an agreed date,
or otherwise within a reasonable time, we will provide clear information
about the delay and the options available to you.
06 · Where is it?
Dispatch, Tracking + Delivery
When a tracked order is dispatched, tracking details are normally sent
to the email address supplied with the order.
Please check your tracking information and contact us if the tracking
appears incorrect, stalled or shows delivery but you cannot locate the parcel.
Some services may require a signature or may be taken to a collection point
if the carrier considers it unsafe to leave the parcel.
If you request an authority-to-leave or other delivery instruction,
the carrier may deliver in accordance with that instruction. Please choose
a genuinely safe location. This does not limit any rights you have under
applicable consumer law.

Delivery Address + Address Changes
You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address
at checkout.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We will try to update the
address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has
entered production, been packed, manifested or handed to a carrier.
Once dispatched, redirection may be unavailable or may involve a carrier fee.
Check the postcode too.
Parcels are clever. They are not “guess which suburb I meant” clever.
08 · Back to sender
Unclaimed, Refused + Returned-To-Sender Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us because the address supplied was incorrect
or incomplete, the parcel was not collected, delivery was refused, or the
return was otherwise caused by circumstances within your control, we may
ask you to pay the reasonable actual costs of the carrier
return and any new delivery before the parcel is resent.
We will not impose a blanket penalty simply because a parcel is returned.
Any amount charged will be based on costs reasonably incurred and will be
subject to your rights under applicable law.
If you do not want the parcel resent, whether any refund is available will
depend on the reason for the return, the type of product (including whether
it is personalised or made to order), our Returns Policy and your rights
under the Australian Consumer Law.
09 · Something went wrong
Lost, Missing + Damaged Parcels
If your parcel appears lost, has not arrived within a reasonable period,
or arrives damaged in transit, please contact us with your order number,
tracking details and any relevant photographs.
We may ask you to assist with reasonable information required for a carrier
investigation or claim, but we will not require you to resolve the problem
solely with the carrier where we have obligations to you as the seller.
We do not exclude responsibility for lost or damaged goods
where doing so would be inconsistent with the Australian Consumer Law or
another law that applies to your purchase.
Please report transit damage or non-delivery as soon as reasonably practicable
so we can investigate efficiently. A request for prompt notice does not remove
or shorten any non-excludable rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Order number + photos = very helpful.
They make carrier investigations considerably less like an episode of
“Where On Earth Is This Parcel?”

10 · Going overseas
International Shipping + Customs
International shipping availability and charges are shown at checkout
for supported destinations.
International orders may be subject to customs processing, import duties,
taxes, brokerage charges or other fees imposed by authorities or carriers
in the destination country. Unless the checkout expressly states otherwise,
those charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included
in our product or shipping prices.
Customs and import processing can delay delivery and is outside our direct control.
If an international parcel is refused or returned because the recipient
does not pay applicable import charges, reasonable actual carrier return
costs and other unrecoverable charges may be deducted or charged where
permitted by law. Any refund entitlement will also depend on the nature
of the product and your rights under applicable law.
You are responsible for checking whether a product can lawfully be imported
into the destination country before ordering.
11 · Optional extra cover
Shipping Insurance
Where available, optional shipping insurance may be arranged before dispatch.
The price and scope of that cover may depend on destination, parcel value
and the carrier’s terms.
Optional shipping insurance provides additional carrier or insurance cover.
It does not replace, restrict or remove any rights you may have under
the Australian Consumer Law.
If you would like a quote for optional insurance, contact
[email protected]
before the order is dispatched.
12 · If plans go sideways
Stock Shortages, Production Problems + Inability To Supply
Occasionally a product, material or production process may become unavailable
after an order is placed, or another issue may prevent us from supplying within
the expected timeframe.
If this happens, we will contact you as soon as reasonably practicable and may
offer an appropriate alternative, revised timeframe, partial cancellation or
refund, depending on the circumstances and your rights under law.
We will not knowingly accept payment for goods that we do not intend to supply
or know we will be unable to supply by a promised date or within a reasonable time.
Your statutory rights are not optional extras.
Nothing in this policy limits remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded
under the Australian Consumer Law.
