We know the feeling. Our Rush Order service is available on selected products for birthdays, events and other situations where the calendar has behaved with absolutely no compassion.
Where Rush is available, eligible orders placed before 12 midday Queensland time on a working day can be moved to the front of our production queue for next-business-day dispatch.
This is the bit worth understanding before you panic-click everything with the word “Express” in it.
Rush moves an eligible order to the front of our production queue. Where all requirements are met, eligible orders placed before the cut-off are targeted for dispatch by the next working day.
Express shipping is chosen separately at checkout. It affects the carrier service after your order has been made and dispatched. It does not move your product through production faster.
Eligible Rush Orders should be placed before 12:00pm Queensland time on a working day for next-business-day dispatch.
Orders placed after the cut-off may begin rush processing on the following working day.
Saturdays, Sundays and Queensland public holidays are not working days. Calendars remain deeply unsympathetic to last-minute gifting emergencies.
The additional Rush fee shown on an eligible product pays for priority production. It is not an additional delivery service.
Look for the Rush Order option on the product page. It must be selected and paid for as part of the order. Writing “URGENT!!!” in the notes is emotionally expressive, but it is not a production upgrade.
Once your eligible Rush Order is complete and ready to make, it moves ahead in our production queue so we can target next-working-day dispatch.
Once dispatched, the delivery service you selected at checkout applies. Choose Express shipping if you also need the carrier to move quickly.
Some products need longer printing, finishing, sewing, cutting, drying or other specialist production and simply cannot be completed on a Rush timeframe.
Rush is available only where the option appears on the product page. Availability can change according to the product, materials, production capacity and time of year.
If you cannot see a Rush Order option on the product, it is not currently eligible for Rush production.
Rush production cannot begin while we are chasing missing names, blurry photos, failed payments or mystery delivery addresses.
Rush Orders move into production quickly, so changes or cancellations may no longer be possible once Rush production has started.
Check names, wording, dates, uploaded photographs, product options and your delivery address before ordering. A rushed typo is still a typo. It has simply achieved its goals more efficiently.
A Rush fee may not be refundable once Rush production has commenced, except where required by law or where we are unable to provide the paid Rush service.
Rush Production improves the time it takes us to make and dispatch an eligible order. It does not guarantee a carrier delivery date.
Carrier delivery estimates can still be affected by weather, network delays, public holidays, regional services, incorrect addresses and other postal adventures.
If your date is absolutely immovable, allow as much time as possible and choose an appropriate Express delivery option at checkout.
Rush Production gets the eligible product made quickly.
Express shipping gets the finished parcel onto the faster
delivery service.
They are two separate things. You may need both.
Look for the Rush Order option on eligible products, place the order before midday on a working day and make sure every required detail is complete before checkout.
More colourful things from our family-run Gold Coast studio. Different brands, different humans to shop for, same inability to leave a perfectly good blank product alone.
Personalised goodies for babies, kids and little legends. Names on everything, because apparently children need to formally claim their drink bottle.
Personalised gear for pets and the humans they barely tolerate. For dogs, cats and assorted furry household management.
Nice things. Terrible words. Cheeky Australian gifts and homewares for the grown-ups who thought the kids were having entirely too much fun.
